Favio Garcia has been brewing beer for over 25 years and brewing in Loudoun County, Virginia, for more than 15 of those years. To say he knows the beer scene well in the DC area would be an understatement. In this episode, we chat with Favio about his background, brewing in Northern Virginia, and what he’s doing today at Dynasty Brewing Company.
